Senior Manager - Bridge Execution Railway Project

Job Summary: Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of railway bridge construction projects. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading a team of engineers and construction professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of railway bridge projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and construction professionals.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in railway bridge construction or similar infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
