Assistant Manager - Bridge Execution Railway Project

Job Summary: Railway Bridge Execution supports the Senior Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of railway bridge construction projects. This role involves assisting with project management tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of railway bridge projects.
• Support the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any issues.
• Prepare project reports and documentation.
• Support procurement of materials and equipment.
• Assist in managing and mentoring junior engineers and construction professionals.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in railway bridge construction or similar infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
