Assistant Manager - Erection of Steel Structure - Railway Project

Job Summary: Overseeing the erection of steel structures for the railway project. This role involves assisting in project planning, coordination, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Manager in developing and implementing project plans and schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Senior Engineers and Engineers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and assist in preparing reports.
• Help resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
• Assist in managing project budgets and resources.
• Support the team in ensuring quality control and assurance procedures are followed.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the erection of steel structures, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of railway project standards and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
