Sr. Manager - Railway Project Building

Job Summary: Oversee the execution of railway project buildings, ensuring the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves managing project teams, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of railway building projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in project management within the railway or infrastructure sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale railway projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for railway projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
