Manager- Design (Building Project)

Role & responsibilities:

• Experience in designing of multi-storied buildings, Hospital Buildings structures and water reservoir is preferable.
• Preparation of Design Report.
• Preparation of supporting drawings.
• Assisting in preparation of detail structural drawings.
• Assisting in preparation of Bill of Quantities and Bar Bending Schedule.
• Understand the issue and provide solution to Project team by preparing design / drawing or alternative to existing design.
• To engage, if required, during meeting with third party Consultants or Clients.
• 15 - 18 years experience in preparation of structural design
• Knowledge of various software like STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, MS Office is essential.
• Experience in preparation of Design Report is must.
• Knowledge of Indian / International codes, manuals and standards is essential.
• To prepare Design Basis Report as per Project requirement.
• To prepare Design of various structures as per applicable codes.
