The Opportunity

Join the team to help bring the world's best talent to Adobe. As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role on the talent team. You'll work with talent partners, scouts, hiring managers, and leadership to ensure the best candidate experience possible. You will also represent Talent Operations for the region and work with cross functional teams within Employee Experience. What you'll Do

• Drive the end-to-end interview coordination process, ensuring an exceptional candidateexperience for both virtual and in-person interviews. This includes defining best practices,sending formal invites, and managing interview schedules.
• Strategically lead stakeholder meetings, providing insightful monthly updates onscheduling progress and identifying areas for process optimization.
• Partner closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to successfully drive candidatesthrough the interview and offer process.
• Demonstrate strong data accuracy and attention to detail in Workday,scheduling interviews, and audits.
• Create compelling presentations and leverage data analytics to influence decision-makingand drive results.
• Support Talent Operations and Talent Coordinator leadership team withimproving procedures, processes, and projects.
• Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of

collaboration and high performance.

What you need to succeed

• 4+ years in recruitment operations, talent coordination, or a similar role, withdemonstrated success in managing large-scale hiring processes and events.
• Expertise in interview scheduling, calendar management, recruitment workflows, andcandidate engagement. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferablyWorkday and scheduling tools is a must.
• Strong experience in program and vendor management, with a focus on drivingoperational efficiency and scalability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data- driven insights and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and improverecruitment processes. Advanced knowledge of Excel, dashboards, or reporting tools isa plus.
• Being motivated, detailed-oriented, and team oriented are required skills. Ability towork under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize effectively, and handle multipleprojects.
• Phenomenal interpersonal skills; Excels at developing relationships across groups andfunctions at all levels of the organization including senior leadership
