Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients, focusing on organizations in need of HR services.
- Build and nurture relationships with HR managers, executives, and business owners.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target key sectors, such as recruitment, employee benefits, learning and development, HR outsourcing, and talent management.
- Solution Selling: Conduct in-depth needs assessments with clients to understand their HR challenges and recommend customized services such as recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), HR consulting, payroll solutions, and employee engagement programs.
- Lead Generation: Manage a robust pipeline of leads, converting them into opportunities by providing value-based solutions and fostering long-term relationships.
- Negotiations and Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Close sales effectively while ensuring the best possible solution for the client and the company.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, ensuring successful service delivery, retention, and satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on HR trends, industry challenges, and the competitive landscape to better position our services.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams, including HR consultants and account managers, to ensure successful delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Report on sales progress and achievements to management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in HR services, and recruitment, Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR practices, trends, and challenges, including recruitment, talent management, training, employee relations, and payroll.
- Sales Skills: Experience in solution-based selling with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present and persuade effectively.
- Customer Focused: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored HR service solutions.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate across departments to ensure successful service delivery.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM software, MS Office, and other business tools.
- Self-Motivation: Highly driven and proactive in achieving sales goals and targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in HR services such as outsourcing, consulting, or recruitment.
- Familiarity with HR software and platforms (applicant tracking systems, and performance management tools).
- Strong network in the HR industry.
