Position: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: Head of HR
Experience: 5-8 years in HR, preferably in NBFC, BFSI, or FinTech sectors
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding their objectives and providing HR solutions to meet business goals.
- Partner with leadership to implement workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and productive work culture.
- Conduct regular pulse surveys and collaborate with teams to address concerns and improve engagement scores.
Performance Management:
- Drive the performance appraisal process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and providing constructive feedback to employees.
Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D teams to implement programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Facilitate leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the hiring of top talent aligned with business needs.
- Participate in interviews for critical roles and ensure alignment with organizational culture.
- Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal compliance, mitigating risks for the organization.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Work with the C&B team to review and recommend compensation structures that align with market trends.
- Provide inputs for annual salary reviews and incentive schemes.
HR Operations and Analytics:
- Oversee smooth execution of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and policy implementations.
- Use HR analytics to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend actions to improve workforce effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
Experience:
- 6-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an HRBP role.
- Experience in NBFC, BFSI, or FinTech is highly preferred.
