Job Description: Regional Director - SME/MSME Business

As we expand our presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to oversee operations and drive the P&L for the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets for SME and MSME clients.
- Drive regional business objectives in alignment with company goals.
P&L Management:
- Own the profit and loss for the region, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Optimize resource allocation and drive cost efficiencies without compromising service quality.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Lead efforts to acquire SME and MSME customers, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence across the team.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
Market Insights and Analysis:
- Stay abreast of regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights to inform product development and service enhancements tailored for SME and MSME customers.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Business, Management for a Premier B School
- 12+ years of experience in sales, operations, or business management, preferably with SME/MSME clients.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving revenue targets.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
