Director/Senior Director - Business & Product Startegy - EdTech (12-16 yrs)

- We are handling an assignment with leading organization for the role of Director / Sr. Director Business Strategy & Product to be based at Chennai.

- Support management of P&L for org's product portfolio, driving cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality product deployment for SaaS products

- Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for product performance, and customer satisfaction.

- Work closely with key stakeholders (including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success) to ensure alignment between product development and customer needs.

- Provide coaching and mentorship to product managers, helping them to expand their skill sets and drive product excellence.

- 12+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, overseeing both product strategy and center operations, P&L responsibility experience a preference.

- Deep understanding of the Edu-tech, SaaS, industries with a proven track record of launching and sustaining successful products.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead large, cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization.

- Strong business and financial acumen, with experience in managing P&L, budgets, and resources.

- Ability to manage teams across different geographies, understanding local dynamics, and maintaining alignment with the global vision of a leading global company.
