We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager Leadership Hiring. The role involves leading the recruitment efforts for senior and executive level roles, ensuring the organization attracts top-tier leadership talent to drive its business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Hiring.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and executive roles across various functions.
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic talent needs and align hiring strategies accordingly.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber leadership talent.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective candidates through market mapping, networking, and leveraging recruitment tools.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to define role requirements and competencies.
- Provide strategic hiring insights and market trends to business leaders.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication.
Vendor and Partner Collaboration:
- Manage relationships with external executive search firms and recruitment partners.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Recruitment Analytics and Reporting.
- Track and report hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Analyze market trends and benchmarks to ensure competitive hiring practices.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
Employer Branding:
- Strengthen the company's employer brand by engaging in market outreach and positioning the organization as an employer of choice.
- Represent the company at industry events and career fairs to attract leadership talent.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in HR or a related field.
- Proven experience in leadership hiring within BFSI or housing finance sectors preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, executive search methodologies, and market mapping.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
