DigiTOP - Assistant Controller - Accounts & Finance (13-15 yrs)

- Postgraduate (CA/CWA/MBA) with 13-15 years+ of experience in Finance domain with last 8-9 years in controllership role.

- 10+ years of professional accounting experience at a senior-level accounting or finance manager.

- Professional certification, such as CPA (certified public accountant) or CA (chartered accountant).

- Adaptability and flexibility working across teams and shifts.

- Excellent communication skills in order to interface effectively with clients and peers across organization and Senior Management.

- Good understanding of ERP tool including Hyperion, SAP and Blackline is an added advantage.

- Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity.

- Partner and collaborate with regional controllers as part of ongoing working relationship to gain business insights & provide confidence in quality of Tier 3 deliverables.

- Represent Regional controllership organization in the Pre close & Close Lock Meetings.

- Ensure that the period close goes on seamlessly and to provide assurance on the completeness, accuracy & validity of Financials.

- Sound understanding and experience in the Substantial Analysis of Balance Sheet and P&L Account Variances and ensure the same are clearly explained well and potential errors are minimized as much as possible to ensure no financial impact.

- Financial & Management Reporting experience.

- Assisting/Liaising with Auditors to resolve queries/request.

- Review of BS schedules, Cash flow statement and other ad-hoc reports.

- Exposure working on RPA/continuous improvement projects is a value addition
