Job Description:

We seek a Marketing Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Associate, you will manage the entire prospect-to-customer journey through various marketing channels, including Push Marketing and Event Coordination. The ideal candidate is a talented and efficient individual with a strategic thought process to automate marketing activities based on fundamental triggers.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns : Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns using WhatsApp & Telegram groups, and events, to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition.

- Automate marketing activities: Identify opportunities to automate marketing processes based on fundamental triggers, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.

- Analyze and optimize performance : Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement, to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

- Stay updated on industry trends : Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation and customer journey management, applying new strategies to drive growth.

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably digital.

- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and initiatives.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
