Siebel CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Siebel system Roll-out and Improvement projects for the wholesale European branches;

⚫ Standardize and improve the current programs (CRM);

Manage the CRM server (Web server, DB server, Gateway server and others)

Manage the CRM SFTP server.

Manage the CRM EMS server (Email Manage Server)

Trouble shooting for the CRM server side (Server setting, configuration)

⚫ Business analysis and customer service for new requirements;

•

Manage the Siebel CRM server architecture

Takeover from project team and assure post-implementation system stabilization for the new sites;

Participate in requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional design;

• Implement new programs for new business process;

Comply with internal work processes like Change Miner and ITSM.

Job Requirements:

•

Bachelor of Information Technology Degree or Business Administration (or comparable qualification)

5-8 years experience with Siebel CRM and Oracle PL/SQL programming;

Good experience with Siebel Tools, Siebel eScript or Siebel VB, Business Services; Familiar with Siebel application automation, Workflow, Siebel EIM, data mapping design;

Experience working on large, complex projects with tight deadlines;

Knowledge of the server(hardware), network, firewall and other servers.

⚫ Web/App Mobile skills, OS, DB, WEB and WAS Knowledge will be considered a plus;

Very good English skills - spoken and written.
