Position : Siebel CRM Developer

Experience : 5-8

Notice Period : Immediate-15 Days

Work Location : Chennai

Work from office only. No hybrid

Key Responsibilities :

- Support the Siebel system Roll-out and Improvement projects for the wholesale European branches

- Standardize and improve the current programs (CRM)

- Manage the CRM server (Web server, DB server, Gateway server and others)

- Manage the CRM SFTP server.

- Manage the CRM EMS server (Email Manage Server)

- Trouble shooting for the CRM server side (Server setting, configuration)

- Business analysis and customer service for new requirements;

- Manage the Siebel CRM server architecture

- Takeover from project team and assure post-implementation system stabilization for the new sites

- Participate in requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional design;

- Implement new programs for new business process;

- Comply with internal work processes like Change Miner and ITSM.

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor of Information Technology Degree or Business Administration (or comparable qualification)

- 5-8 years experience with Siebel CRM and Oracle PL/SQL programming;

- Good experience with Siebel Tools, Siebel eScript or Siebel VB, Business Services;

- Familiar with Siebel application automation, Workflow, Siebel EIM, data mapping design;

- Experience working on large, complex projects with tight deadlines;

- Knowledge of the server (hardware), network, firewall and other servers.

- Web/App Mobile skills, OS, DB, WEB and WAS Knowledge will be considered a plus

- Very good English skills - spoken and written.
