Designation: L2 Server Administrator

Job Location: Hyderabad

Shift: General

No WFH opportunity or Hybrid model.

1. He should maintain and troubleshoot Server Applications Like AD, DHCP, Web, DNS, Antivirus (Servers & Client), Secure FTP (I-share ), File Servers etc.
2. He should maintain Security Applications Like Symantec, Trend Micro, Websense & DLP
3. He should have more Knowledge in M365 like Accounts creations, onboarding the users mails and all mail box issue and their coordination with exchange team and M365 team
4. He should have good knowledge of servers & storage Hardening by patching and Group policies
5. Should have knowledge in Servers and Applications migrations as per our requirements
6. He should have the practical knowledge of deploying windows security patches to the servers and work stations through SCCM, WSUS.
7. He should have the knowledge of servers and storage hardware troubleshooting and resource management, regular server maintenance, hardware and software support and upgrades
8. He should have the knowledge how to prepare the documents related to the security audit like quarterly, monthly and Annually
9. He should have the knowledge of backup jobs and taking backups like weekly, monthly etc.
10. He should have through knowledge of incident management, change management and problem management.
11. He should have knowledge on MS SQL and Oracle DB
12. His communication should be good enough to Join into the bridge calls and coordinate with the multiple support teams a and vendors
13. Need to work on MIS reports like Daily, weekly and Monthly
14. Need to work on new project requirements and support
15. Need to work on Data center related works on real time basis

Need to provide support to all Audit related activities
