Clearly articulate technical aspects to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
Sales Negotiation and Closing: Collaborate with clients to understand their budget constraints and negotiate terms that align with both parties' interests.
Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Coordinate with the product development and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
Provide valuable insights from the field to contribute to product enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (mandatory).
Proven experience in software sales with a minimum of 1 year.
Strong understanding of technical concepts related to software solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
