We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Generation and Outbound Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying potential prospects that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), engaging in various outbound activities to initiate conversations, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for qualified leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in CRM tools, and the ability to conduct research on prospects and target accounts.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential prospects that align with the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across the regions of India, Europe, the Nordics, and the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
• Utilize various tools and platforms to source and compile a list of qualified leads.
• Engage in outbound activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to initiate conversations with potential customers.
• Tailor outreach messages to address the specific pain points and needs of the prospects, ensuring relevance and engagement.
• Qualify leads through discovery conversations to assess their needs, budget, decision-making process, and timeline (BANT).
• Determine whether a lead is a good fit for the company based on the assessment.
• Schedule meetings or discovery calls for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the Sales teams & maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in the CRM tool.
• Regularly update the sales funnel to reflect the status of leads and opportunities.
• Work closely with the Sales teams to understand feedback on lead quality and refine outreach strategies accordingly.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and convey value propositions. Ensure clarity, professionalism, and persuasiveness in all interactions.
• Demonstrate the ability to research and gather key information about prospects and target accounts.
• Stay well-versed in the respective geographies and domains relevant to the target prospects.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and report on outreach activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates within the CRM to support effective pipeline management.
