Outbound Sales Representative

Roles Responsibilities:

• Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop, execute, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive sales. This includes creating compelling content and designing email sequences that resonate with potential clients.
• Cold Emailing: Craft personalized cold emails to engage prospects, initiate conversations, and set up meetings. Employ A/B testing to optimize open rates, response rates, and conversions.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through email outreach. Use data-driven insights to segment and target audiences effectively.
• Sales Funnel Management: Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns. Use CRM tools to manage and document interactions with potential clients, ensuring a seamless transition through the sales funnel.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Adjust email marketing strategies to remain competitive and relevant.
• Reporting Analytics: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI. Use analytics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

• Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven experience in email marketing and cold emailing, preferably in a service-based IT company.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Gmass, Apollo ), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM), and data analytics tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
