Job Description

Roles Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through comprehensive market research, networking, and targeted cold calling.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies and remain competitive.
  • Develop, execute, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive sales.
  • Create compelling content and design email sequences that resonate with potential clients.Craft personalized cold emails to engage prospects, initiate conversations, and set up meetings.
  • Utilize A/B testing to optimize open rates, response rates, and conversions.Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns and manage interactions with potential clients using CRM tools.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of leads through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our IT services and solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute effective lead generation campaigns, leveraging insights from email marketing performance.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, campaign performance, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Use analytics to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Qualifications :
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, email marketing, and cold emailing, preferably within a service-based IT company.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Gmass, Apollo), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM), and data analytics tools.
  • Sales Track Record: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Presentation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Client Relationship: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing campaigns.
  • Self-Motivation Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, adapt to changing market conditions, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
