Job Description: Inside Sales Representative (Lead Generation - Outbound)

Position Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Gurugram
Department: Exports
Reports To: HOD
Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Exports team. The primary focus of this role is lead generation through outbound sales efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for sales calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound outreach and emails to prospective clients to generate interest in our products/services.
  • Research: Utilize various tools and databases to identify and qualify leads that fit our target market.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the system with lead status, notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets and KPIs.
  • Communication: Present our value proposition effectively and address any inquiries or objections from potential clients.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for qualified leads with senior sales representatives.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and keep them engaged.
  • Feedback: Provide insights to management regarding market trends and client feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, email marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Rocketreach and other similar tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
