Job Description
- ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
Will be responsible for handling sales and marketing activities for the residential projects
Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales.
Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
Developing the complete marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive sales volume.
Customer Relationship Management - Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions.
Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
To handhold, the customer through the pre-sales post-sales process till possession.
Preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS of nature of activities.
Requirements and skills
Bachelors/Masterâs degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Awareness of business trends.
Self-motivated and result-oriented, can work independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Confidence and ability to interact with the clients.
Strong understanding of the real estate market, pricing strategies, and industry regulations.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Candidate from real estate/ construction industry will be preferred
will prefer the candidate below the age 35 years
