MEP Site Engineer- High rise residential building

• Must have internal & external plumbing work experience in site execution.
• Must have internal & external fire fighting work experience in site execution.
• Must have internal & external electrical work experience in site execution.
• Excellent knowledge of Project execution and supervision.
• Must have knowledge of Fire alarm system.
• Review detailed engineering drawings and layouts.
• Execute work as per specifications and technical documentation for MEP systems.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and construction teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Monitor progress, track timelines, and ensure that projects are completed within scope and budget.
• Conduct site inspections and testing to verify the performance and compliance of MEP systems.
• Identify and raise installation conflicts and deficiencies.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems and provide solutions of site level work.

Preferred candidate profile

• ITI, Diploma or B-tech must have 5 to 7 years experience and for ITI minimum 10 years experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of team
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of MEP system design tool such as Auto CAD drawing reading.
• Candidate must have rich experience in handling high rise residential building.
