Project Manager (Application)

Project Manager will oversee and drive the successful execution of cross-functional projects within DSSPL. The role brings responsibility for planning, executing, and finalizing projects on timelines and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate across various departments and ensure project goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management

1.1 Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

1.2 Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

1.3 Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget

2. Team Leadership and Coordination, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management

2.1 Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, resolving conflicts and facilitating problem-solving.

2.2 Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, to gather requirements and provide regular updates. Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

2.3 Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

2.4 Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations. Conduct periodic project evaluations and implement lessons learnt to ensure continuous improvement.

3. Budget and Resource Management (Notional), Establish PM Process

3.1 Manage Projects through CPM philosophy and by giving advance intimations to stakeholders whose attention is being requested

3.2 Request Project resources in advance, based on project demands and available capacity, ideally through a schedule shared in advance when resource attention is needed.

3.3 Maintain accurate and updated project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change logs

3.4 Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management
