- Own and drive sales growth across all assigned channels (Technical, Bulk, and P2P).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maximize profitability through strategic pricing and cost management.
- Pursue and execute corporate sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the agrochemical market.
- Lead the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to commercial discussions, negotiation, order execution, and delivery.
- Manage sales pipelines and track progress towards targets.
- Develop and manage product offerings with a suitable pricing mix to optimize business growth and profitability.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, distributors, and internal teams.
- Network within the agrochemical industry to identify potential business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market trends and sales data.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals.
- Set performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 15+ years of proven experience in sales within the agrochemical industry.
- A strong focus on corporate sales is essential.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the agrochemical market, including products, applications, and distribution channels.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
