Job Description:

Dhand Steels, a leading steel manufacturing company, is seeking a talented and dedicated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their accounting skills and grow their career in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, statements, and reports.
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
Help maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
Conduct periodic inventory checks and assist in inventory management.
Assist in the preparation of payroll and related tasks.
Collaborate with the finance team on financial analysis and budgeting activities.
Provide support during financial audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
0.5-1 year of experience in accounting or finance (freshers with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software Tally and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
