As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet our company s staffing needs. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various channels such as online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source potential candidates.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and ensure their information is accurate and up to date.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
- Utilize hiring platforms and tools effectively to streamline the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of job offers and onboarding processes.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 0-6 Month of experience in recruitment or HR field (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of effective recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Familiarity with various hiring platforms and tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
