Personal Assistant To the Managing Director

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  
• Manage calendars, fix appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD.
  
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry (Medical Devices & Equipment).
  
• Proficiency in Calendar Management, Email Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management.
  
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
