Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing B2C customers to promote products or services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized interaction.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries and objections professionally to drive sales conversion.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales or customer service, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in telephonic sales or customer interaction roles.
• Knowledge of the products/services relevant to the company's industry
