Job Description and Expected Outputs:
Roles Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and monitor all project activities and ensure smooth operations in consultation with the project manager.
Focus on field-level effective implementation of the project while also maintaining the big-picture view of the long- term sustainability of the project.
Support and ensure community engagement activities through community influencers and resource persons.
Advocacy Influence - capturing the insights from the project and its impact
Building synergies with Government bodies, Ministry of Road Transport, Skill Development, NSDC, NHAI, Logistics Sector Skill Council, Employers, and other Private Sector companies.
Preparation and submission of activity and project reports as per stipulated timelines
Reporting and Coordination:
You will report to Assistant Programme Director in DAHQ.
Coordinate with the corporate Communication and Knowledge Management unit for outcome and impact data collection, collation, and analysis.
Coordinate all administrative issues with respective departments
Desirable Attributes:
Highly skilled in project coordination and ability to work independently.
Take initiative, identify issues, and work towards addressing them with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Willingness to spend lots of time on the field to travel extensively, even alone Very high on personal and professional integrity.
Strong professional communication skills - both verbal and written.
