Director Vocational & Skill Development

Candidates with relevant 10 to 15 years of experience in a industry ,University ,Institute or any other

setup with a proven track record in program development and management. He/She should have flair

to develop and implement vocational/skill education strategies, design curriculum and foster industry

partnerships and collaborations to ensure program effectiveness with continuous improvement. As an

administrator they should be able to formulate policy in vocational training settings. They should have

good liasioning skill with Govt. officials so as to ensure smooth compliance of regulatory requirements

within the departments. They would align the role of skill development programs with both local and

national economic needs to promote employability among learners.
