Required Director Training & Corporate Relations For Kanpur Region

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the role of Director of Training & Corporate Relations for the Kanpur region. This leadership position involves overseeing the design, development, and delivery of training programs, building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance workforce development and business partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of corporate training needs, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development & Execution:
   
• Design, implement, and oversee a range of corporate training programs tailored to meet the needs of both internal teams and external corporate clients.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality training content that drives employee performance, productivity, and engagement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
2. Corporate Relationship Management:
   
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, business leaders, and key stakeholders across the Kanpur region.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients seeking training solutions and corporate partnership opportunities.
• Identify new business development opportunities and strategic alliances with local companies.
• Organize and manage corporate training events, workshops, and seminars.
3. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
   
• Lead and mentor a team of training coordinators, instructors, and support staff.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and development.
• Collaborate with HR, operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of corporate training initiatives with business goals.
4. Strategic Planning & Reporting:
   
• Develop short- and long-term strategies to drive corporate training and partnership success in the region.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including client satisfaction, program completion rates, and business growth.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in corporate training and workforce development.
5. Market Research & Networking:
   
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new training opportunities.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and forums to build and expand the organizations presence in the corporate training sector.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 18-20 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or corporate relations, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with executives, stakeholders, and clients.
• Experience in managing large-scale training programs and events.
• Deep knowledge of corporate training methodologies, adult learning principles, and workforce development strategies.
• Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills.
• Leadership experience in managing and motivating a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with the Kanpur region’s corporate landscape and key industries.
• Ability to travel within the Kanpur region and occasionally outside the region for corporate meetings and events.
