• 3+ year of experience working with Appian

• Proficiency in Appian (Appian certification required)
• Proficiency in SAIL forms design, process design, SQL & stored procedures / SQL databases, objectoriented programmed, and Service Backed Records
• Proficiency in Appian UX guidelines and Appian plugins (including rules engines)
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum methodologies (CSP, CSPO)
• Ability to configure Interactions Hub (Appianbased solution) based on defined user stories / business and functional requirements, including Appian process models, embedded controls, and user interfaces
• Ability to support technical configuration activities including group and security configuration, database rules, validations, calculation logic, and reference data definition

• English fluent (fluent B2 level)
• Strong problem solving and design skills
• Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
  
  
• Ability to effectively work as part of a larger development team to deliver
• Review configuration outputs prior to further review by technical oversight stakeholders to ensure quality, accuracy and relevance.

• Ability to identify and effectively raise (helping to resolve as needed) potential technical risks / issues

• Familiarity in designing, developing / configuring, and testing integrations with Appian
• Familiarity with web services
• Ability to configure Interactions Hub to support integrations with integrating systems (with preference for systems including SAP, Docusign / Adobe Sign, common SSO tools (eg, Okta), and PeopleSoft)
• Ability to support (and provide inputs into) design discussions to define technical / architectural / integration and business / functional requirements, including the technical design of Interactions Hub system architecture / data model
• Ability to support required activities to deploy code between environments (eg, Dev Test; Test Prod)
