Dayforce Consultant For Night Shift

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for support Dayforce Implementation
• Define the Workflows
• Implement Dayforce HRIS modules, Including Forms, Workflows, User roles, Job assignments, Onboarding, performance and leave entitlement, troubleshooting and optimizing system performance
• Experience in Learning, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Succession Planning, Engagement and Performance Management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Computer Science OR Equivalent Degree
• Experience in Workday Administration
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Knowledge in US Payroll, Benefits and Taxation
