Job Description :

With strong hands on experience in eCommerce Platform of SAP and Web Technologies. Jr. Business Analyst and SME is responsible for "Triaging", Categorising, Prioritising, Assigning the end user requests to appropriate IT teams for resolution and Tracking them.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Thorough knowledge in below Standard eCommerce functionalities :

- Account Creation

- User Profile

- Security

- Pricing

- Order Placement

- Financial Transactions/Payment Information

- Invoicing

- Warranty

- Order Cancelation

- Order History

- Product Registration

- Product Information

- Customer Service

- Inventory

2. Understanding the various services and functional flows between SAP (Backend) and Web (Frontend) applications.

3. Work with Business Leaders, Product Owners and IT Teams for "Triaging", "Categorising", "Prioritising" and "Assigning" the user requests (JIRA Tickets).

4. Working with Change Management Team for prioritizing and tracking the change requests.

5. Working with development team tracking the ticket resolution.

6. Involve in Release Planning.

7. Publishing Analytical Reports and Dashboards.

8. Scheduling and hosting stakeholders meeting on the need basis.

Knowledge in :

- SAP : ECC, S4/HANA

- Web Technologies : Sitecore, .NET, Salesforce and Angular

- CRM : OSVC (Oracle Service Cloud)

- Cloud : Azure and AWS

- Project Management Tool : JIRA

- Ticketing Tool : JSM (JIRA Service Management)

- SDLC Models : Agile, Waterfall and V Model

Qualifications :

- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (such as finance, economics, marketing, or operations management) is often required.

- Strong Analytical Skills.

- Strong Communication (Verbal and Written), Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills
