6. Channel development: Elements of task sheet like dealer coverage , dealers billed , consistent dealers , quality channel, brand visibility drive , Enthusiastic dealer creation improvement etc .
7. Optimisation of Partner Schemes & Consumer Offers - Communications, Guideline Adherence, Staff Training, Sell through plan achievement, claim closures
8. Training of Distributor Staff as per Training Calendar. Development of distributor Sales Team as per Strategic directions
9. Experience in Sri Lanka Market and East Indian Market.
