Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and expand our distribution channels, including Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs) and Shop-in-Shops (SIS), across the North East region. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and ensuring operational excellence in alignment with Monte Carlos growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for MBOs and SIS channels.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with channel partners.
• Distribution Channel Management:
• Manage and expand the network of MBOs and SIS in the North East region.
• Ensure optimal stock availability and placement at partner locations to maximize sales.

• Key Account Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners.
• Address partner concerns, provide support, and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Market Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to the Regional Sales Head.

• Operational Excellence:
• Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry, with a focus on MBO and SIS channels.

• Skills:
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage distribution channels.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Location: Willingness to travel extensively across the North East states.
