TM - Quality Management

1 Assist HoD - Quality in finalizing the departmental budget for quality management across projects
2 Coordinate with site team in order to ensure adherence to the project wise quality plan
3 Ensure material inspection is done as per quality checklist and through necessary lab tests both internally and externally
4 Ensure adhernce to the quality plan during execution process
5 Coordinate with site team to arrange quality meets with subcontractors on regular intervals
6 Conduct quality audits for all the ongoing projects on a quaterly basis
7 Review monthly quality MIS report before submitting to HoD - Quality
