• 4-8 years of experience in department management on Preferred Industry Mention Above .
  
• Strong skills in department management, floor management, retail operations, store management, store supervision, team coordination, team leading, team management.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours or special events.
  

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee floor management, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
  
• Supervise team members to achieve sales targets, provide guidance on product knowledge, and resolve customer complaints.
  
• Ensure effective shift management by coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth store operations.
  
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in store performance.
