Senior Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies (6-14 yrs)

Job Summary :

The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of projects throughout their lifecycle. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet market demands and align with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Strategy and Vision : Define and communicate the project vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.

- Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Project Development : Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and launch new projects or features.

- Roadmap Planning : Create and manage a detailed project roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value and customer impact.

- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project plans, progress, and changes.

- Performance Monitoring : Analyze project performance metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

- Customer Feedback : Gather and incorporate customer feedback to enhance project offerings and ensure user satisfaction.

- Budget Management : Oversee project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.

- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Process Improvement : Implement best practices in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in project management or a related role.

Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Understanding of market research and data analysis techniques.

- Familiarity with Agile development processes is preferred.
