Position: Senior Operations Manager
Location: Chattarpur, New Delhi
Working Days: 6
Role Overview:
The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end operations within the company, ensuring seamless logistics, supply chain management, warehouse efficiency, and team collaboration. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and operational acumen, capable of driving efficiency and innovation in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Operations Management:
  • Develop, execute, and oversee operational strategies to align with business objectives and ensure scalability.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create long-term roadmaps for operational excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze company-wide performance metrics, identifying gaps and implementing data-driven improvements.
    Warehouse and Logistics Management:
    • Oversee multiple regional warehouses, ensuring optimal inventory management, order accuracy, and timely dispatch.
    • Streamline warehouse processes to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and improve turnaround times.
    • Implement best practices in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools.
    • Ensure effective last-mile delivery solutions to meet customer expectations.
      Technical Collaboration:
      • Partner with the technical team to integrate and optimize operations management tools, such as warehouse management systems, order tracking platforms, and ERP solutions.
      • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of automation technologies to improve warehouse and logistics processes.
      • Work closely with IT teams to ensure system uptime and resolve operational system issues promptly.
        Control Tower & Process Improvement:
        • Establish and manage a Control Tower Department to monitor real-time operational activities across regions.
        • Identify and resolve bottlenecks through predictive analytics and proactive measures.
        • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends.
          Team Leadership & Development:
          • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering professional development and teamwork.
          • Cultivate a collaborative environment between operations, sales, marketing, and technical teams to meet organizational goals.
            Customer Experience & Compliance:
            • Address operational challenges impacting customer satisfaction, ensuring prompt resolution.
            • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and safety standards across all operations.
              Financial Oversight:
              • Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
              • Evaluate cost-reduction opportunities in logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations without compromising quality.


                Requirements Required:
                • Bachelordegree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (Masterpreferred).
                • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management within an e-commerce, retail, or logistics environment.
                • Proven experience managing large-scale warehouse operations and supply chains.
                • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
                • Experience with operations management software, such as Vinculum eRetail , SAP , or other ERP systems.
                  Preferred:
                  • Familiarity with advanced logistics technologies, including automation, robotics, and IoT-enabled solutions.
                  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams, including technical teams, to improve operational workflows.
                  • Knowledge of dental products or similar verticals is an advantage.
                  • Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Management, or Supply Chain Management (APICS).
