Category Head

The Category Head or Growth Manager is responsible for driving strategy, growth, and profitability for a specific product category in an eCommerce business. This role requires strategic planning, analytical expertise, and operational execution to enhance customer experience, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets. The position involves collaboration with marketing, supply chain, product management, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute category strategy and planning

- Oversee P&L management to drive profitability

Key Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing (MBA preferred)

- 3+ years of experience in category management, merchandising, or eCommerce/retail

- Strong P&L management and business growth expertise

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in analytics tools and eCommerce platforms

- Ability to lead teams and operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
