1. Financial Software Inside Sales(B2B) Job Responsibilities Engage with Mid Market & Enterprise accounts in India region with ability to work in a complex environment. Create a customer strategy to sell products tailored to each account based on needs. Candidate should be able to initiate, handle & conclude Software based Financial products like (Accounting, Tax, Customs, inventory management, Financial Risk, GST, Business analytics) Experience in Lead Generation in Software Sales exposure in Finance Products like (Tax, Customs, inventory management, Financial Risk, GST, Business analytics) Along with outbound, ability to manage inbounds through different channels. Street-Smart candidates with Excellent Communication/Written skills with ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively. Meet and/or exceeding number of opportunity target with product mix as a subset. Maintaining sufficient pipeline for the OEM team to meet business objectives on Daily/Weekly/Quarterly basis
2. Cloud Sales -
Job Responsibilities ▪ Experience in cloud selling▪ Sales and account management experience within the IT industry▪ Ensure sales opportunities are successfully managed through the Sales process to the 100% Close/Deploy stage. ▪ Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the clients products,license/services offerings, and software compliance in messages to customers▪ Convert client leads to sales opportunities through contact with customers▪ Connect with key decision makers within assigned territory child accounts with documented account plans▪ Adhere to tele processes and standards consistent with operational frameworks
3. Cloud Lead generation -B2B
Job Responsibilities

  1. Calling and nurturing nominated Enterprise and Corporate accounts.
  2. Discuss on current IT landscape of the organization and identify the needs as per nominated ISV.
  3. Generate appointment and interest on ISV solution based in Google cloud.
  4. Driving triangulation call if required
  5. Maintain CRM hygiene.
  6. Generating 2-3 appointments per day for nominated ISV solution.
  7. Engages and collaborates with ISV for the appointment generated.
  8. Profiling and account background study wherever required.
  9. Should have Cloud understanding especially for Google cloud.
  10. Basic understanding of IT.
  11. Should have sales skills.

4. Hardware Sales -B2B Job DescriptionTele-Account-Manager (TAM) would be responsible for profiling, identifying and attracting new customers with extended duties to maintaining and grow current customer accounts. TAM would be for facilitating customer-focused solutions to bring the best of all products offerings to the marketplace.1) Create a customer strategy to cross-sell products tailored to each account based on needs. 2) Grow the business with the customer accounts and identify new customer accounts to develop new businesses. 3) Actively pursue transactional and value-based selling. 4) Meet and/or exceeding sales revenue and pricing targets by negotiating with customers on sales opportunities. 5) Maintaining sufficient pipeline to close & meet business objectives on Daily/Weekly/Quarterly basisJob Requirements# Requirement for experienced Tele-Callers for India in the Hardware space # Preference given to candidates with past Lead-Gen IT Sales exposure in Workstation,Storage, Servers, Laptop & Desktop # Understanding of IT Industry & Channel Sales while working with External Stakeholders (i.e. Distributors, Partners, Resellers etc). # Looking for Street-Smart candidates with Excellent Communication/Written skills with ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively # Candidates with flair for Market-Research, Prework Activities or Background-Studies preferred # Ideal candidate should be able to initiate, handle & conclude Software based Sales discussion # Minimum Work-Exp of (1-2)Yrs in Hardware/Technology Sales background.
