Program Management

Role & responsibilities

• Program Management:
  Oversee the entire lifecycle of facility management programs for multiple client accounts. Ensure the smooth integration of services and processes across sites while maintaining service quality and cost efficiency.
  Ensure alignment with client requirements, timelines, and business objectives.
• Project Planning & Execution:
  Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  Lead cross-functional teams to execute programs within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Client Relationship Management:
  Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  Provide regular updates and reports on program performance, issues, and milestones.
• Operational Efficiency:
  Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and enhance overall facility performance.
  Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven decision-making and best practices.
• Team Leadership:
  Manage and mentor a team of program coordinators, facility managers, and operational staff.
  Ensure that the team is well-trained, motivated, and equipped to handle operational challenges.
• Budgeting & Cost Control:
  Develop and manage program budgets to meet financial objectives.
  Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on service quality.
• Risk & Compliance Management:
  Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  Ensure all facility management activities are compliant with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  Prepare and present regular reports on program status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial performance.
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all program activities and processes.
