Sr. Business Development Manager (FM Technology & Services)

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing enterprise accounts and driving growth
• Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to the management team.
• Achieve set annual sales targets and goals.
• Engage effectively with existing enterprise customers to understand their business requirements and align solutions accordingly (technology & services).
• Retain and grow the existing customer base through proactive customer engagement to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with presales, services, and operations teams to foster a collaborative culture and ensure sales success
• contribute to strategic planning and business decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of experience in sales of Facility Management (FM) software products/services, client management, and aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate real estate, FM services, or a related role with proven sales solutions expertise and C-suite relationship management.
• A proven track record of new business sales success, including effective presentation and negotiation skills
• In-depth domain experience in the Indian FM market with strong, existing C-suite relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities, including financial and analytical skills to exceed quotas and sales goals.
• Expertise in driving the sales process and maintaining effective relationships with Sales Operations teams.
• Ability to understand broader business dynamics and drivers within the FM sector.
• Capable of building long-term strategic relationships with senior leadership within client organizations.
• Ability to adapt and excel in a rapidly evolving and growing business environment.
• Strong business acumen and financial understanding to navigate customer challenges and deliver value.
• Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a focus on collaboration and overachievement.
• Established industry contacts, networks, and relationships, with the ability to generate new revenue streams.
• Responsible for generating leads and opportunities through marketing, OEM, or partner networks.
