Role & responsibilities

Operational Matters

1. Provide the leadership to the Invaati data processing team in the corporate office & single point of contact Denali procurement in India

2. Be responsible for procure 2 pay (P2P) program for sub vendors across all sites.

3. In consultation and collaboration with Denali PM leads oversee the documentation, performance and development of the subcontractor service delivery across all sites.

4. Ensure client satisfaction with Facility/Property Management teams across India sites by providing a seamless interface into I-Procure Pro portal.

5. Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity.

6. Understand the Procurement Management scope for the client assigned and develop client specific processes and procedures in consultation with reporting Manager and ensure implementation and compliance of the processes.

7. Upload and implement the annual budgets into the portal; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by Denali Finance Controller/client.

8. Oversee compilation and deliver the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the team.

9. Coordinate discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning and incentive/salary administration.

10. Ensure compliance with Denali minimum audit standards.

11. Share benchmarks data & best practices with the assigned owner of best practices for Denali Operations & Finance head

12. Be the overall lead for Invoice & Contract Management in India

13. Complete contract management responsibilities

14. Procurement process & regulatory communication

within the organization and with the site teams.
