Demand Generation Executive

• Job Overview

The Demand Generation Officer will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to drive leads and increase interest in the company's products and services. This role focuses on market penetration, lead generation campaigns, and developing relationships with potential customers to convert them into qualified prospects

• Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Campaign Execution

• Identify and engage target audiences through innovative outreach strategies.
• Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups to nurture leads.
• Organize and participate in lead-generating activities such as events, webinars, and trade shows. Market Research and Analysis
• Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and business opportunities.
• Analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to optimize strategies.
• Collaboration and Coordination
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with overall

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for campaign execution and reporting.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in the CRM.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on demand generation performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

3. Basic Qualification

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 13 years in demand generation, sales, or marketing roles (off role experience preferred)

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in CRM tools and data management.
3. Analytical mindset with a focus on results.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Creative problem-solving abilities.
