Software Support Executive Delta Info soft seeks a versatile Software Support Executive to join our dynamic team. This role combines technical support with process improvement and new development implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Deliver exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot and resolve software issues and inquiries promptly.
- Data Management: Fetch required data through SQL queries for analysis and reporting.
- System Updates: Implement changes in Inventory, I-account, MYTIME, IERP, PMSC, and IMANAGEMENT systems based on business requirements.
- New Development: Participate in the new development process by understanding client requirements, creating flowcharts, and conducting beta testing.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to gather feedback, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable requirements for the development team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelordegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in the same field.
