We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales, purchasing, and bank bookings background. You will manage client relationships, drive sales, and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales
Prepare sales bills/ Timesheet.
Maintain Client Account books
Make Payment sheet and do Follow-up.
Purchase
Source and procure goods and services as per company requirements.
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing and terms.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Bank Operations:
Handle bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
Prepare and submit bank-related documents.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, purchasing, and bank operations.
