Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely resolution of incidents and service requests. With your expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, you will contribute to the stability and reliability of the applications, ensuring seamless operations for the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end-users.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve application-related problems.

Ensure the timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Document and maintain knowledge base articles for issue resolution and troubleshooting.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application support services. Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Java Enterprise Edition and Spring Boot.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application support processes.

- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in enterprise applications.

- Knowledge of API integration and web services.

- Familiarity with databases and SQL queries.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
